Request the deletion of your account and all your data in the Se Mexa app.
How to request account deletion
You can request the deletion of your account and data in two ways:
Option 1 — Through the app- Open the Se Mexa app on your phone.
- Go to the Profile tab (person icon in the bottom menu).
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm the deletion by entering your password. Your account will be permanently deleted.
- Fill out the form below with the email address registered in your Se Mexa account.
- Select the type of deletion you want (full account or specific data only).
- Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email within 5 business days.
What is deleted and what is retained
Data permanently deleted:- Profile: name, photo, email, date of birth, and personal information
- Workout history, physical activities, and exercises
- Nutritional records and meal history
- Goals, habits, challenges, and achievements (badges)
- Posts, comments, and interactions in the Community
- Friends list and connections
- Health data (weight, measurements, BMI)
- Messages and notifications
- Financial and billing records (if there is an active subscription) are retained for 5 years as required by Brazilian tax law.
- Access and security logs are retained for 6 months as required by Brazilian internet law (Marco Civil da Internet).
- Anonymized and aggregated data (with no personal identification) may be retained for statistical purposes and service improvement.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It will not be possible to recover data after deletion. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.
