Request the deletion of your account and all your data in the Se Mexa app.

You can request the deletion of your account and data in two ways:

Option 1 — Through the app
  1. Open the Se Mexa app on your phone.
  2. Go to the Profile tab (person icon in the bottom menu).
  3. Tap Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Delete Account".
  5. Confirm the deletion by entering your password. Your account will be permanently deleted.
Option 2 — Through the form below
  1. Fill out the form below with the email address registered in your Se Mexa account.
  2. Select the type of deletion you want (full account or specific data only).
  3. Submit the form and wait for a confirmation email within 5 business days.

storage What is deleted and what is retained

Data permanently deleted:
  • delete Profile: name, photo, email, date of birth, and personal information
  • delete Workout history, physical activities, and exercises
  • delete Nutritional records and meal history
  • delete Goals, habits, challenges, and achievements (badges)
  • delete Posts, comments, and interactions in the Community
  • delete Friends list and connections
  • delete Health data (weight, measurements, BMI)
  • delete Messages and notifications
Data that may be temporarily retained:
  • schedule Financial and billing records (if there is an active subscription) are retained for 5 years as required by Brazilian tax law.
  • schedule Access and security logs are retained for 6 months as required by Brazilian internet law (Marco Civil da Internet).
  • schedule Anonymized and aggregated data (with no personal identification) may be retained for statistical purposes and service improvement.

Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. It will not be possible to recover data after deletion. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it before requesting account deletion.
